Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

• 7+ Days Before Move-in: 100% refund of the token amount.
• 0-7 Days Before Move-in: No refund of the token amount.
• After Move-in: Rent once paid is non-refundable. Security deposits are refundable subject to the notice period terms in your rental agreement.

2. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original method of payment (UPI/Bank Transfer).

3. Notice Period

A standard notice period of 30 days is required for vacating the premises to ensure the return of your security deposit.
