Yes. Flexible stays from 1 month onwards are available, ideal for interns, corporate trainees and project consultants. Long-term residents receive preferential pricing.
What documents are required to book a PG at Liveinn?
Aadhar card, one passport-size photo, and a copy of your offer letter or employee ID. For interns, a college ID and internship letter suffice.

Does Liveinn allow visitors or guests?
No. A strict no-visitor policy is in force. Visitors are not permitted inside the property at any time. Violation results in immediate checkout. This policy protects the security and privacy of all residents.
What is the notice period at Liveinn?
A 30-day notice period must be served after the lock-in period for a smooth deposit release. Notice must be sent via email to liveinnapartments@gmail.com.
How is the security deposit refunded?
Deposits are returned within 7 working days of a clean exit — subject to the 30-day notice period being served, all electricity bills being cleared, and no property damage. Unpaid utility bills will not be adjusted against the deposit.
What happens if there is damage to property?
Any damage to property or goods caused by a resident will attract a penalty deducted from the security deposit. Residents are expected to keep rooms and common areas clean and damage-free.
How are complaints handled?
