Is there any brokerage fee?

Absolutely not. Liveinn Apartments is a direct owner-managed property. We charge Zero Brokerage. You only pay your rent and the security deposit.

What amenities are included in the rent?

Your rent covers daily housekeeping, high-speed Wi-Fi, water supply, and use of common appliances like washing machines and refrigerators. Air conditioning usage may be billed separately based on sub-meter readings in certain rooms.

How far is the PG from L&T and Seepz?

We are strategically located for corporate professionals. We are approximately a 5-10 minute walk from L&T Gate 7 and a short 10-minute commute to the Seepz main gate.

Is there a lock-in period?

Yes, we typically have a standard lock-in period of 3-6 months to ensure community stability. However, we do offer flexible short-term stays for corporate interns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for short-term rates.

Are visitors allowed?

Male visitors are allowed in the common areas during designated hours (usually up to 8 PM). For the safety and privacy of all residents, no overnight guests are permitted in the rooms.
